We bought this 140 on ebay! What were we thinking!

We flew it home and took stock of the parts and pieces, and tore it more apart...

Once the tear off was done, we started putting it back together.
We started with the wings. The wings are zinced before the new cover.

The tailwheel gets rebuilt and new main tires.

The Hooker Harness attach fittings are installed and the flap bar is removed,
inspected, cleaned, painted and re-installed. The trim tab mechanism is
removed, cleaned, and re-installed.

The old firewall blanket is removed and the floorboards were
cleaned up under the rudder pedals.

The gear is pulled and inspected. The gear boxes
are cleaned up and zinced before the gear is re-installed.
